This was the first Daphne du Maurier novel I'd ever read, and I enjoyed it very much. Some of the passages in which the tourists are described at the start really made me laugh, having been a travel rep myself the situations were really familiar with what I experienced. A highly enjoybable read, and I'm definitely off to the library to find other books by the same author.
