Reviews of Tin Princess, the (1994)
Review by mojosmom (2004-06-18)
Featuring some of the same characters as in Pullman's Sally Lockhart trilogy, this novel follows the story of a young Cockney girl who marries a prince of Central European country. Plots, conspiracies and assasinations (successful and attempted) abound. Quite an adventure - I kept waiting for Rudolph Rassendyll to appear!
I continue to delight in Pullman's ability to create realistic, resourceful young women.
