What I liked so much about this book is that it entails a more indepth look into the story then most books I have read. For example the look of old Africa compared to new Africa and the cultures bourne from them. The new and improved civilization is plagued by the same old nusiance of greed and the thurst for power while the older civilization is stull rooted deep in superstition and controlled by fear. The characters you meet along the way are great as well shwoing you the many levels of pverty in new Africa and how it has effected the lives of those trappe din their confines. The beauty of the book is that it keeps a real human face on the story rather then becoming to political. I loved it. Give it a try.
