Reviews of Against Infinity (1991)

This is one of those rather dry "Space is big wierd and scary and we don't understand it and never will" stories. Which is a fine, probably accurate, attitude but not my favourite genre. Pretty good for what it is- a fairly believable and engaging portrayal of life on a "frontier" moon, with the strange life living amongst terraforming as it happens. Strange and beautuful in parts. Another of this type is "The Invincible" by Stanislaw Lem.
