[Mourn not the dead]

But rather mourn the apathetic throng--
The cowed and the meek--
Who see the world's great anguish and its wrong
And dare not speak!

As you can see, here is clearly the political activist speaking, and it is hard to not read a bit of bitterness into his words.

Adequately crafted, but otherwise a-dime-a-dozen poetry. It made me want to read poetry that really talks about life in prison though.

In the end, I felt the (long) introduction was the most interesting.
