The blackest satire you'll ever read or a polemic of the madness of modern soceity?

I honestly have so many thoughts on this book after finishing this book I don't know where to begin. It's bleak, it's ironic, it's more relevant to today than when it was written(way back in ole 1984 I'll add), it's pure black satire through and through, it's funny beyond your imagination and most importantly, it's beautifully written. Quite possibly the most stunning, jaw-dropping prose ever put to paper.

If there's one book that will stay under your skin till the day you die, it's White Noise.
