Reviews of Robot Dreams (1986)

This was the first 'serious' science fiction I ever read and as such I hold a certain fondness for it. Admittedly, in retrospect some of the stories may be a little weak but it does also contain examples of Asimov at his strongest, as well as his best ever work, 'The Last Question'.
This is probably as good a place as any to become familiar with the work of Isaac Asimov and if you get a copy with Ralph McQuarry's illustrations inside, you'll have an extra dimension to the tales.
