| My husband came across Shadow of the Wind when a woman he didn't know handed it to him at a bookstore in Logan Airport in Boston. He was looking for another book and she suggested he read Zafon's. He usually disdains fiction but truly enjoyed this book and knew I would. This writer is on another level. His words flow like silk, his character development is strong and unique, and this story is magical. It is a treasure. |
