| This dude is seriously crazy. His stuff pretty much revolves around homosexual relations, drugs, and is very oddly written to boot. However this should not diminish the importance of the impact Burroughs has left on the psyche of literature. His prose is highly imaginitive, often (if not always) free-verse, stream-of-conciousness writing. Those that are in the market for something thats highly experimental, unique and pulls no punches owe it to themselves to check out Burroughs. I reccomend Junky and Naked Lunch as outstanding examples of his work. |
