| I read these books as a kid, and I just had the chance to go through the entire series again. They are the kind of read that will give your brain a rest from any sort of thinking, but interesting none the less. "On A Pale Horse" was my favorite of the series, followed by "For the Love of Evil." I feel that "Bearing an Hourglass" is the weakest of the series because it is basically just a couple unrelated short stories woven together by a cutsie plot device. But overall I think Piers did a good job. |
