When their plane crashes in the Caribbean, Alec and the Black are swept apart. Suddenly alone, each must struggle to stay alive in shark-infested waters. While Alec manages to make it safely back to civilization, the exhausted stallion is carried by the currents to a coral island that is home to a deadly vampire bat—as well as a herd of wild horses.
