Dhamon Grimwulf is cursed by a dragon's scale that ravages his body. Time is running out for Dhamon to find a cure and release himself from continuous torture.

Desperate to save himself and to atone for his nefarious deeds, Dhamon travels from a scarred land to a black dragon's swamp and beyond. In his company are a mad Solamnic Knight and a wingless draconian, each of whom are driven by their own dire motives.
