EVIL NEVER DIES. It only changes form and shape.

Ravana is dead. Lanka is in ruins. The asura threat is ended and Rama, rightful heir to the throne of Ayodhya, has returned to claim his birthright and live in peace with his wife Sita.

But their peace does not last long. An old enemy breaks free of his subterranean prison to convey a shocking message. An enemy invades Ayodhya bearing the mythical moon-sword Chandrahas, intent upon devastating the mortal race. In the whirlwind of events that follow, Rama, Sita and their loved ones battle both spirit and physical foes. Gods descend upon earth. And in the end, besieged on every side, with no apparent way to break free of the web of circumstances, Rama makes a terrible tragic decision: to part from Sita forever.
