Her name was Vickie Crane and, as we say on Broadway, she was "everybody's girl"...

She was The Producers Girl Friday, some said a little bit more. And shortly after the star of the show spotted her at rehearsals, she became The Girl Who Held the Actor's Hand.

In the background there was also a Wall Street gent who had fully expected to marry our Vickie, but he was sort of lost in the shuffle.
