A smooth villain, an underground organization, a chase through France during which the hero undertakes impossible risks, some very seedy agents, a jolly double-murder in the snow, and a gorgeous heroine always there at the crucial moment to rescue the hero from bullets or the deep black Seine, and a mad nursing home with imprisoned and brainwashed patients.
