When Roger, Diana and Snubby go to stay at Ring O' Bells Village their old friend Barney hitch hikes over with his monkey Miranda to join them. Barney has nowhere to stay so he decides to sleep in Ring O Bells Hall which is now a museum. But eerie things start to happen bells ring by themselves, noises come from a blocked up secret passage, and there are some unfriendly strangers about.
