The Net Force team has entered a contest - a race against teams from other countries who have designed their own virtual spaceships. At first it seems like a perfect opportunity - meetinhg new people from exotic places, and gaining worldwide glory for the Net Force!

But one of the teams is from the tyrannical Carpathian Alliance, which has spread its propaganda of racial superiority and armed conflict throughout its regions.
