The second in a series of novels continuing the adventures of Bill, the Galactic Hero.
Bill is sent to the planet Tsuris to obtain a mysterious secret weapon. Bill doesn't have much by way of brains, but the Tsurians take to him anyway - mainly because they have a lot of brains without much by way of bodies. Can Bill escape with the secret weapon and his own brain intact?
