This volume represents a symposium of critical articles, reminiscences, and book reviews on the life and work of the young American writer, author of the recently published novel The Bell Jar and several volumes of verse including Ariel. Among the contributors are Hugh Kenner, Ted Hughes, John Frederick Nims, Anne Sexton, Stephen Spender, and George Steiner. Contains an appendix of unpublished poems, prose,and drawings by Miss Plath.
