Once upon a time there was a little crow who was not content just to sit in his nest all day like the other little crows. One day he taught himself to stand on his beak--much to the contempt of the older crows. The little crow's ability to stand on his beak came in handy, however, when he met the king of birds, the beautiful but arrogant peacock.
