Jonathan, a Reclaimer, sneaks into Novis Noah to take over the ship, but instead discovers - much to his dismay - that he is the son of Novis Noah's captain, Anore McCormick. However, Captain McCormick doesn't have much time to ponder her son's hatred of her or his current alliance with the Reclaimers, as she soon finds herself being taken into the ocean by B Plate. Meanwhile, the Organic Engine Conference is held in Novis Noah where Yu's father finds his speech being challenged by 10-year-old genius Kanto Kestner. All the while, Orphan gradually begins to surface, throwing Earth's entire future into question.
