The Black Isle lies of the coast of Scotland and hides a dark secret. Those who set foot on its shores are never seen again. When Tintin decides to investigate, he finds himself up against a cunning adversary.
First published between April 15, 1937 and June 16, 1938 in Le Petit Vingtième (a childrens supplement of the Belgian newspaper Le Vingtième Siècle). Published in book form in 1938 and published in colour in 1943. A redrawn edition was released in 1965.
