Summary :

Binx Bolling is at a thoughtful age. His secretary won't take him seriously; his Aunt Emily thinks it's time he lived up to the family name and made something of himself. But Binx is already as successful as he needs to be, and has responsibilities; he is a friend to younger brother Lonnie, who shares his love of movies, and comforter to cousin Kate, who is always finding the answer to despair, only to lose it again. A philosopher, Binx tends to make the right choice rather than the proper one.
