After a nuclear war in the late 1980s, leaving England the only country left standing, a fascist government comes to power. Four years later, a mysterious man in a Guy Fawkes mask calling himself 'V' begins to stand up to the government. When he kidnaps a 16 year old girl named Evey Hammond to shape her, his plan to take down the government takes shape. Will justice prevail, or will the fascist government come out ahead?
