Their size and their bloodstained shirts made it plain that they were not Indians.Hal and Roger are sailing the Amazon in their quest for wild animals. Capturing creatures as terrifying as boa constrictors and anacondas brings its own horrors, and the brothers have some narrow escapes from tribes of hostile Indians. But they hadn't taken into account being followed down-river by someone only too keen to see that the expedition ends in disaster.
