The sunbaked badlands of the New Mexico Territory don't seem like heaven on earth to Skye Fargo. Nevertheless, some pioneers have set their sights on the region... and there might be trouble in Paradise Valley, thanks to the local tribes who have a bleached bone to pick with anyone stupid enough to lay claim to their land. After Fargo rescues a party of travelers bound for their new home, he must battle some of the deadliest warriors in the West.
