Summary (From the publisher):

Special Operator!

That's the word that goes out from the Philadelphia mob. The Philly underground is in danger of coming apart at the seams, rocked from within by a succession of power plays by ambitious lieutenants of aging capo Stefano Angeletti. Through an unknown private arrangement, the special operator sent in is none other than Mack Bolan, who assumes the identity of Johnny "Faces" Cavaretta, an international "security" enforcer reputed to be a man of a thousand faces. Bolan knows the real Cavaretta and knows, too, that this ploy means they must face each other for the last time.

Bolan doesn't stop to worry but moves in for the confrontation with the Philadelphia Mafia. The stakes are high, the play is fast. Then Bolan's bluff is called. The Executioner's odds suddenly shrink to one chance in a million... it's showdown time and the last man out lives. Everyone else is dead!
