Space is Not the Ultimate Frontier

The great Gurronsevas, a massive six-legged alien of considerable dignity, is universally acclaimed as the greatest chef. But now, at the peak of his career, Gurronsevas finds that fame, honor, and a staff of scurrying minions aren't enough. He craves a new challenge.

And so he comes to Sector General: the massive hospital space station - 384 levels, a staff of thousands - on the Galactic Rim, where human and alien medicine meet.

There, as Chief Dietician, Gurronsevas will try to do what no cook has done before: make hospital food palatable. Interspecies understanding may never recover.
