The cocaine-for-guns trading racket seizes another victim when the daughter of a prominent U.S. senator becomes a willing accomplice in a deadly game. When Track is asked to rescue her, he plays a lone hand and flies to the headquarters of the drug trade in Central America.

Against a background of terrorism and revolution, Track is drawn further into the rat-infested sewers of the drug world, until the hunter becomes the hunted.
