Summary

King Conan is betrayed by the Kings of Ophir and Koth, and captured with the sorcerous arts of the wizard Tsotha-lanti. Chained beneath the Wizard's castle Conan contrives to escape and confronts the monstrous snake Satha, the devil-flower Yothga and frees the Wizard Pelias, rival to Tsotha-lanti. Pelias summons a winged entity to transport Conan back to his capital for a final confrontation.
