A collection of short stories, What You Make It features some deeply intriguing work, many of them quite unsettling, and some just beautiful.
Smith has a way with words, a kind of conversationalism that draws you into the story, no matter how little you may feel like obliging. He tells you things you really would rather not know, but need to discover why.
If you can stomach it, a superb collection of stories, well worth the read. You can be sure you'll remember them.
