Summary
(IBList user synopsis):
When The Wind Blows is a singularly unrelenting satire on the true worth of civil defence in any genuine nuclear holocaust. The two protagonists, naive and trusting 'ordinary' people, follow the instructions to the letter, as though it were the Battle of Britain once again, and die slowly in horror and bewilderment.
