Rose Rita Pottinger is thrilled to be going on vacation with her friend Mrs. Zimmermann - who happens to be a witch. Neither of them suspects that it will also become a trip back in time. When they drive through a tunnel on the highway, they find themselves snowbound in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country - in the winter of 1928!
