Summary
:
A hotel nightclub dancer is found sprawled on the library hearthrug; luckily for the owners of the hearthrug, Miss Jane Marple is a close neighbor and friend. Is the movie man in the neighborhood (with his own floozy) the perpetrator? Was there someone at the hotel who'd killed the dancer and drove the body miles away to Gossington Hall -- and why would they do that?
