Summary
:
The Sirian robot fleet hovered on Red Alert.
Ahead lay an interstellar conference which could mean peace or war for the galaxy. The conference was weighted heavily on the side of Sirius, and against the Earth. The chances were great that peace, the Council of Science, and the Federation would all be destroyed.
Only Lucky Starr, officer of the Council of Science, could tip the balance back in Earth's favor...
