Summary
(From the author):
Bobby Fornoy discovers a substance in the water of La Plata, Texas, that helps reduce violence to almost non-existent levels. The substance is concentrated and transported to a volcano near Borneo, and in 2007 the volcano erupts, spreading the substance around the world.
