Jai Vedh, an Earthman, is cast away on a planet among a lost Earth colony who have developed telepathy and other psi powers as a science. This is the story, seen through his mind, of his Odyssey back to Earth as a newly created telepath, illuminated, disoriented and altered by his new perceptions.
