Summary
:
"Puss-cat Mew" purports to give the story behind the nursery rhyme of the same title. It tells the story of a young man named Joe Brown who journeys into a large and gloomy forest where Ogres, Dwarfs, and Fairies dwell. He marries one of the Fairies, and eventually has to venture into the forest and destroy the Ogres in order to regain his bride.
