Summary
(IBList user synopsis):
In 'Brigantia's Angels' we go back to 1895, where a Welsh inventor is putting the finishing touches to his human-powered flying machine (the patent really exists). The deviation from our own history is that in this story the machine works, and Baxter relentlessly follows through the battle to convince people of its worth and how it changes the history of the 20th Century.
