Summary
(IBList user synopsis):
Birdie Ludd is not a bright young man. He has accomplished nothing of note in his short two decades on this earth, and his life has been one long string of failures -- academic and social.
Unfortunately, genetic laws have ensured that those of lower than average potential would not be allowed to reproduce, and his sweetheart, Milly, doesn't want anything to do with him until he gets permission to have a family. The problem is, the system works exactly as it's meant to, but should it?
