At the end of the twentieth century, as the war that exterminated most of Humankind drew to a close, the Peace Authority proclaimed itself openly and took over what remained of the governments of the world with their impenetrable Bobble technology. Now, fifty years later, Paul Naismith and his acquaintances must stop the Authority before they do it all over again.
