Gregory Powell and Michael Donovan are testing a new model of robot on a space station which beams energy to other planets, but run into problems when the robot refuses to believe that it is a human creation and develops an elaborate cult around its work…finally forbidding the men to operate the equipment because of their sacrilege even while a storm threatens to destroy their work.
