The humans are all asleep and cannot be waked, and the dogs find themselves in a strange new world, with strange powers given to them by Sirius, god of all dogs. Will they follow Sirius to his home in the Dog Star, or remain here with their "owners"? Cruella de Vil is seen in a cameo appearance, but as she is asleep, her aspect is not so terrific!
