Biography:

When he's not exploring fantasy worlds, Ed Greenwood works as a library clerk and lives inthe countryside near Cobourg, Ontario, with over 50,000 books. He loves reading fantasy and science fiction, exploring caves, hot buttered toast, strong old cheddar cheese, enchanted flying swords, dancing elven maidens, moonlit gallops through the woods, black cherry pop, Celtic music, clever comics about aardvarks or zapguns for hire, and properly-fitting armor---but not necessarily in that order. He wants it known that there is no truth to the malicious rumor that he's the son of King Azoun IV of Cormyr. Nor has his lineage anythig to do with irritable dragons, archliches, Harpers named Storm, lusty dwarves, Malaugrym, or wizards named Elminster. "All resemblances are purely coincidental," Ed insists."I was in another world at the time." The rumor that he'd trade all his worldly goods for a day in Shadowdale---or a night at a nobles' revel in Waterdeep---is, however, probably true.
