Olga Broumas is the author of several books of poetry including Beginning with O (1977), which won the Yale Younger Poets Prize, Perpetua (1990), and most recently Rave: Poems 1975-1999 (1999). She is also a noted translator of Greek poet Odysseas Elytis.
