Gwyneth Jones b.14.Feb.1952 Manchester, England, writer and critic of sf and fantasy also known as Ann Halam, writer of teenage fiction. Winner of two World Fantasy Awards, BSFA short story award, Children of the Night Award from the Dracula Society, Arthur C. Clarke award 2001 for Bold As Love; co-winner of the Tiptree award. Cult status as scriptwriter for the eighties scifi tv cartoon The Telebugs. Lives in Brighton,England with her husband and son, a Tonkinese cat called Ginger and her son Frank.
