Friend of Aubrey Beardsley and Oscar Wilde. Works included the novel The Good Girl (1912); a biography of Oscar Wilde, Aspects of Wilde (1935) and several short short story and poetry collections, including A Book of Bargains (1896) and The Houses of Sin (1897). Most of his works are out of print, but some of his short stories can be found in horror/ghost story anthologies.
