Biography:
Lord Dunsany, the 18th Baron Dunsany, Edward John Moreton Drax Plunkett, was born in London in 1878 and lived in Ireland until his death in 1957.
Cited as a major influence of authors such as H.P. Lovecraft and J.R.R. Tolkien, Dunsany laid a portion of the foundation for later works of psychological horror as well as fantasy.
