Sondra Dorman lives in Connecticut, where she raises and shows Akita dogs. Her fiction has appeared in The Magazine of Fantasy & Science Fiction, Orbit, Analog, and other magazines and anthologies. She has also published three collections of poetry, Poems, Stretching Fence, and A Paper Raincoat, and is working on a fourth, The Lost Traveller.
