Eleanor Frances Butler Cameron (March 23, 1912 - Oct 11, 1996) Canadian-born children's author best known for the Mushroom Planet and Julia Redfern series; the latter concerning the observations of a young writer between the ages of ten and fifteen. The Terrible Churnadryne is another well-remembered Cameron book.
